A few of our milestones have included:

  • First Egg Donor program in South Florida.
  • First PESA pregnancy in South Florida.
    PESA involves obtaining sperm from the epididymis by aspiration, under local anesthesia. This allows a woman to conceive using her husband's sperm, who may not have been able to conceive because of, for example, a prior vasectomy.
  • First Blastocyst pregnancy in South Florida.
    Blastocyst transfer can increase pregnancy rates while decreasing the number of embryos transferred by prolonging the IVF culture from 3 to 5 days.
  • The first Fertility Center in South Florida that offered fully office-based IVF, with the safety and security of an anesthesiologist present for oocyte retrieval.
